    • When your friend signs an agreement, and we receive full payment, your reward will be mailed directly to you. Maintenance Membership rewards are applied automatically to the transaction invoice.

  • Inflation Reduction Act

    • Tax credits are available for homeowners, and in certain cases, renters, who invest in energy-efficient appliances and other products.

    • Claiming tax credits for newly purchased products allows consumers to apply for the same or different credits on a recurring basis. It's crucial to note that some credits may come with an annual limit, underscoring the importance of carefully reviewing the specific requirements and limitations associated with each credit.

    • To secure the tax credit(s), consumers must complete IRS Form 5695, adhering to the instructions outlined by the IRS, and submit it along with their tax return. Inclusion of pertinent product receipts is essential for the proper documentation of the claim.

    • Eligible products for tax credits include central air conditioners that meet or exceed the specific efficiency tiers established by the Consortium for Energy Efficiency.

  • Heat Pump Installation & Replacement

  • Heat Pump Repair

    • It’s generally recommended to replace or clean air filters every 1-3 months, depending on factors like the type of filter and the level of usage.
    • Ensure that air vents are open and unobstructed, replace or clean air filters regularly, and consider professional duct cleaning if needed.
    • Regular maintenance tasks include cleaning or replacing air filters, inspecting and cleaning the condenser coils, checking refrigerant levels, and scheduling professional tune-ups.
    • The lifespan of heat pump varies, but with proper maintenance, it can typically last 15-20 years. Older units may require more frequent repairs and could be less energy-efficient.
