Very Thorough with His Review
Larry Murphy was very thorough with his review of my A/C and clearly explained his recommendation. As a new owner of this house, I’m trying to avoid a new unit. My original expectation was a $79 check up, but ultimately spent $850. I probably didn’t need the new capacitor or the annual service plan, but Larry effectively convinced me it would help prolong having to replace the unit. Overall, I was satisfied with the visit and just know there will be recommendations that you can choose to accept or not. Larry did not hard sell or push that issue. He was respectful of my questions.
