Today I was changing the air filter and noticed a dripping from the vent of the air handler. This was approximately 3 p.m. I called Blue Bear for service. Micha arrived at approximately 4:39 p.m. He troubleshot the situation, made some leveling adjustments, dried out the inside, and recommended leaving the fan on to dry out the remaining moisture. Very courteous & professional. Thank you.

We decided to change A/C companies for our regular maintenance, and after a great deal of online research we chose Blue Bear. We couldn’t be happier with that decision. Kathy in the front office was very helpful and quickly scheduled an agreeable time for our initial visit. Alex was our technician and arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and extremely patient in answering all of our questions throughout the visit. Based on his findings and explanations, we scheduled a follow-up visit for some cleaning in the air handler. There was no pressure or sales pitch — just clear, honest information. I will recommend Blue Bear to all my friends. Why? Because… BB was very courteous from my initial call, thank you Rosie. She was able to locate the part needed for the necessary repairs from only the bare minimum details I was able to give. I received follow-up calls from other members of the team, and luckily for us, they located the part we needed. They unfortunately also determined our warranty wasn’t available as we are the 2nd owners. Then they “shuffled” their schedule to get our AC repaired that same day! It was day 2 of no AC. Enter Alex, our repair person. Alex makes a statement when he enters a room. I’ll leave that for the curious. He was very pleasant and friendly. He briefly looked at the inside AC unit and then outside to make necessary tests to determine if our issue had been diagnosed correctly by the company. It was. He made the necessary repairs. THEN STAYED TO MAKE SURE THE AC WAS FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY! This is huge, as previous competitor left and was very unhappy to return when AC stopped working within 30 min. Sooooo to get to the point, they did everything RIGHT! Plus, the pricing was better than what we had been quoted by a competitor. TA DA! All this is why I’d recommend Blue Bear… plus I like the name 🧸

Came home last night and the house was warm... AC was down. Called my current (now former) HVAC firm, and they were not available for over 24 hours. Contacted Blue Bear Heating & Air and they sent a tech first thing in the AM. Joshua arrived, diagnosed the problem (failed solenoid) in 2 minutes, fixed the issue, and the AC is back in business!
