Brandon called me right away after I reached out at 7 p.m. for a kaput A/C, Micah came on-call and was super helpful and transparent as he diagnosed, Rosie was very proactive in keeping me posted on parts, went through options again with Brandon, and both Tom and Clay were very congenial and efficient on the new install.
