I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had an AC emergency late at night with a home inspection scheduled the very next morning. They came out right away and saved me from what could have been a huge headache. Alex was the first technician to come out; he was so nice, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. The following week, Isaac came to do additional work. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he actually fixed an issue we’ve been dealing with for six years. Multiple AC professionals have come out over the years, but Isaac was the only one who properly diagnosed and resolved it. Truly impressive! On top of that, Rosy, who I spoke to both times on the phone, was absolutely wonderful... very helpful, kind, and patient. She made scheduling and communication so easy! From start to finish, this company went above and beyond. Reliable, professional, and genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend!

I cannot praise or thank Blue Bear enough! We called at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday after our AC went out and it was unbearably hot. Our tech Izzy was ringing our doorbell at 7 a.m. on the dot the next morning exactly as promised, and he immediately knew the cause of the problem when we described it (blown capacitor and needed freon). He was in and out with our air blasting cold again in about 30 mins. Floridians understand that AC going out in spring/summer is basically unlivable, so we cannot thank this company enough! We felt they were super honest, prompt, knowledgeable, kind, and well priced. They should be your first call for all of your heating and cooling needs!
