Blue Bear and its team stepped up to the plate when 2 other companies I called with an emergency dropped the ball. One company didn't have the time and one just didn't bother to show up when they said they would. Rosie was very pleasant on the phone and understood my needs. They sent out a tech right away. Pat was so friendly and professional that I decided to go with them for the work that needed to be done. Got a reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. The 2 guys that came out, I think Angel and Akmar? They did an awesome job. Not only did they do their work, they left the place cleaner than it was when they got here. Thank you for answering my emergency and fixing it.

I needed an emergency repair of an outdoor spigot. Blue Bear was able to get the repair done same day. With other companies it was a minimum of a one-day wait. Service tech Alex was very courteous and explained the repair process. He made the repair, which included some stucco work. I think it looks better than before the repair. I highly recommend Alex and Blue Bear.
