Alexander Zhupa arrived on time and installed a new fill valve on my commode. He was very polite and answered all my questions. The job was completed in about 30 minutes, and the installation fee was very reasonable thanks to Kathy, who was also extremely polite and helpful. A piece of plastic from my bidet was flushed by accident and I couldn't snake it out. At the same time, the cutoff valve for the toilet didn't work and needed to be replaced. Of the three plumbing options I had Jan. 26th, Alyssa from Blue Bear was the only one able to confirm a same-day apptmt.
