Phenomenal service - Larry Murphy was absolutely incredible. I run a warranty department for a luxury home builder and have come to distrust a lot of the AC companies that we have used. Larry came in today, and although I was skeptical, even from the call before he arrived I knew he was going to be someone I could trust, and even after leaving, he left an impression on me.
