Blue Bear exceeded every expectation we had. When our A/C system failed over Memorial Day weekend 2026, we were worried we would be stuck for days in the Florida heat. Instead, Kyle, Micah, and Kathy went above and beyond, working after hours on the weekend and again on Memorial Day to direct on the service process, troubleshoot multiple complex issues, and get our system running properly again.

Today, they came out to address a new issue and I was once again beyond satisfied with the level of service provided by the tech, Roy.
