5/30/26: Update: We decided to replace a unit, and Pat Horn came to the house and suggested a make and model that fit our needs perfectly. He even added coolant to one unit, so it would hold us over for 2 days. The technicians, Louis and Gabriel, arrived on time and went to work right away. Both were friendly and highly skilled, and had no problems with the installation. We were very impressed when the area supervisor came over to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, we would give the company an A+ because they're straight shooters. They offer their best price without any upselling or sales pressure. .... Original review: Have lived here 26 years, - no other HVAC company compares. We've gone through (5) companies over the years, and now we realize how much we were ripped off and overcharged. Pat came out on a Sunday night at 10 p.m. and repaired our system in 20 minutes (with new parts). Don't look any further for an honest, dependable, fairly priced company - Mike and his guys are the best!

I don't know why or understand why business-minded people can also be so double-minded, often trying to take advantage of disabled people, seniors, and women without a male presence in their households.
Thanks to the Yelp customer reviews that led me to contact Mike (the owner) of Blue Bear Total Services, and also how he went out of his way to contact the supplier and convinced them to open on a Saturday to get the part required to make sure my AC/heating system would be repaired and operating today!
Talk about less than 24 hours since I made the call, my dead system (for 3 weeks) is up and running!!
I also want to thank Joshua David, two very strong Biblical names and unwavering men of faith.
Joshua David analyzed my AC's situation. First, he showed me where a previous company's technician pulled apart and manipulated some of the parts to disguise the system to look worse than what it was. They had me believing I needed a new system.
This company literally saved me thousands of dollars, because a previous company had me thinking I had to purchase a new unit, which is nothing short of a miracle, especially for someone like me, on a fixed income.
Can you believe how low some companies will stoop to falsely diagnose the problem and had me truly thinking I need a new system, even though my current system is less than 8 years old!
I want to also give a huge shout-out to Sandy, who had my AC/heating system up and running in record time and significantly less than the 5.5 hours of estimated repair time!
