This was my first experience with Blue Bear doing the preventative maintenance on my A/C system. I received notification that the technician was on his way to my house (within the expected time frame), along with the name of the technician. I thought the technician was experienced and well trained. He did a thorough evaluation of my A/C system and explained to me any issues that were detected. There was no pressure from the technician to replace any component. Similarly, there was no sales pressure to sign up for their annual maintenance plans (the benefits of the plans were explained to me).
