I first want to thank Jesus, because I was wrongly led to believe I had to purchase a new air conditioning and heating system, but Jesus shined His light on the evil and darkness of people in this business.

I am a female disabled veteran, who served in the military for 25+ years, defending our nation.
I don't know why or understand why business-minded people can also be so double-minded, often trying to take advantage of disabled people, seniors, and women without a male presence in their households.
Thanks to the Yelp customer reviews that led me to contact Mike (the owner) of Blue Bear Total Services, and also how he went out of his way to contact the supplier and convinced them to open on a Saturday to get the part required to make sure my AC/heating system would be repaired and operating today!
Talk about less than 24 hours since I made the call, my dead system (for 3 weeks) is up and running!!
I also want to thank Joshua David, two very strong Biblical names and unwavering men of faith.
Joshua David analyzed my AC's situation. First, he showed me where a previous company's technician pulled apart and manipulated some of the parts to disguise the system to look worse than what it was. They had me believing I needed a new system.
This company literally saved me thousands of dollars, because a previous company had me thinking I had to purchase a new unit, which is nothing short of a miracle, especially for someone like me, on a fixed income.
Can you believe how low some companies will stoop to falsely diagnose the problem and had me truly thinking I need a new system, even though my current system is less than 8 years old!
I want to also give a huge shout-out to Sandy, who had my AC/heating system up and running in record time and significantly less than the 5.5 hours of estimated repair time!
What a well-rounded, stellar performance demonstrated by Blue Bear Total Services!
Kudos to Mike, Joshua David, and Sandy for being angels (in human form) sent by God to help me in my time of need.
I will definitely sign up to become an ongoing customer and for them to continue to conduct year-round maintenance on my unit.

Great experience! Professional, friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. Had a new HVAC condenser replaced (by a different company) and ended up with headaches immediately. Took them a week to get a tech out to figure out why, and they had zero suggestions and told me there was mold their installer missed. Called Blue Bear the next day and they sent out a tech same day. He looked it over, checked for gas leaks, and has some suggestions we're trying. Really would recommend these guys and will use them for any major issues and work moving forward.
