Are you an experienced residential electrician who thrives on delivering solutions to homeowners while also mentoring fellow technicians?

Blue Bear Total Home Services is growing, and we’re seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician who blends technical expertise, strong leadership, and exceptional customer service.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a key leadership position within a well-established and expanding service company serving Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience
  • Demonstrated success in presenting and selling services directly to homeowners
  • Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to identify opportunities for clients to improve their home electrical and low-voltage systems through product education and recommendations
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
