Residential Plumbing Service Technician / Plumbing Team Lead
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Demonstrated success in presenting and selling services directly to homeowners
- Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Ability to identify opportunities for clients to improve their home plumbing systems through product education and recommendations
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
