HVAC Lead Install Technician
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation and service experience, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- Type I & II EPA Certification
- Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Proficient in installing air handler units and performing system startups
- Proficient in installing flexible duct systems, plenums, and distribution boxes
- Successfully perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Build client relationships through strong communication and outstanding customer service
- Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
- Document service performed and recommendations made
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
