Pay: $100,000.00–$125,000.00 per year

Overview

Blue Bear Total Home Services is now hiring an experienced HVAC Service & Warranty Technician. Applicants must be a Level 3 Senior Technician or above with 8+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC. A strong understanding of all types of HVAC equipment, including inverter and communicating systems, is required.

This is NOT a sales position, and applicants must be a Level 3 Technician or above.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Positive and upbeat attitude with a desire to learn and grow your career
  • 8+ years of HVAC service experience, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
  • EPA Certification
  • Experience with inverter and communicating systems preferred
  • Light commercial experience preferred
  • Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Successfully perform diagnostic repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Successfully perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on commercial heating and air conditioning systems
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
  • Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
  • Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for clients to improve their systems through product education and recommendations
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
