HVAC Service & Sales Technician
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Positive and upbeat attitude with a desire to learn and grow your career
- 3+ years of HVAC experience in maintenance and/or service, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- EPA Certification
- Experience in residential HVAC sales
- Experience with inverter and communicating systems preferred
- Light commercial experience preferred
- Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Successfully perform diagnostic repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Successfully perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
- Build client relationships through strong communication and outstanding customer service
- Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their systems through product education and recommendations
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
